When someone asks me why I support Barak Obama, I consider the issues that impact me first. I consider issues like: civil rights, Katrina, our economy, healthcare, security, service. The issues are heavy issues, but not my only reasons for supporting Obama. As much as I love Oprah and trust her words, that’s not enough.
January 8, 2008, three words forever changed the way America would see itself in this race. Yes We Can!
Not since John F. Kennedy has America been so united, inspired, filled with hope and proactive responsibility.
I support Barak Obama because his hope mirrors my hope. I have faith that most American’s will do what is right even when the odds and systemic social moores suggest otherwise.
I support Barak Obama because in the midst of clamour confusion he is calm and collected.
I support Barak Obama because he understands politicians are human and can hurt just like the rest of us.
I support Barak Obama because he knows, the only chage worth believing in is the change we create
I support Barak Obama because there is no better candidate for president; and it is time for CHANGE!
