1. I still play with Legos.
2. I talk in my sleep.
3. I always look in the toilet after I do #2. Unless of course it is 3 or 4 am, then I’m just too lazy to turn on the light!
4. I love twitter.
5. I get Daily Thoughts in my email, but I don’t read them everyday.
6. I kinda like having ADD.
7. If there were such a person as the Anti-Christ, and President Obama were he; I wouldn’t mind!
8. If you do a search facebook for Oprah Winfrey, my profile pops up first.
9. I sleep with my head between two pillows
10. My top three favorite TV shows are: HOUSE, True Blood & Fringe.
11. When I was 10 years old, I was stung by a jellyfish.
12. I don’t say everything I am thinking. I do my best not to give an opinion until asked… It’s just so hard!
13. Imma freak in the sheets!
14. I think drugs should be legal.
15. If I could have one persons rolodex, it would be…of course Oprah’s!
16. If rain be trouble and could live life like a cactus, with little trouble as possible, I WOULD!
17. I have 3908 (11.5 days of nonstop music) songs in my iTunes: 15% gospel; 1% alternative; 15% hip-hop/rap; 1% jazz; 4% new age; 6% pop; 39% r&b/soul; 2% rock; 4% sound tracks the rest is other stuff. Oh, and some adult edutainment :o}
18. It has been years since I have done any major shopping
19. The most precious woman in my life is my granny!
20. I don’t like the sound of my own voice, but I love to talk.
21. I want a child still.
22. I wish no one could say, “I love you” unless they really meant it.
23. I need to do laundry… Maybe tomorrow!
24. There are 4 tabs open in safari right now: Adam4Adam, Facebook, justbthat.com, twitter, and I Am Landlocked. YES! In that order.
25. I am currently listening to: Song Of The Plains by Adiemus and Mesmerized by Lifehouse

I think this is where I am supposed to put a picture…hold on let me find one.

OK, I found one I took last week while I was in the hospital. I chose this one because it’s almost like a self portrait. It was one of the few minutes I was alone with myself… Very pensive huh? LOL… the Percocet helped!

I am so with you on that #12 thing. Although my friends say I do it well, I question myself sometimes. Thanks for sharing a piece of yourself with us. I hope you enjoyed reading my 25 things as much as I enjoyed reading yours. Peace and Blessings.

I'm honored that I was one of the tabs you had open (even you didn't like the title of my blog, but I'm gonna chalk that up to semantics and move on cuz I like you :-D) Funny, I sent a list like this once to a guy I met online before we met in person (it was a long distance thing). He said he loved it--I was worried it was gonna freak him out. We're not dating any more, but we still love each other. I think a lot of that has to do with being open about random things that actually mean a lot in the context of our daily lives. B well!

BTW, a random thing about me is I am addicted to coffee, Twitter, my iPhone, blank lined journal notebooks, Sharpie Ultra Fine Point Pens, cocoa butter lip balm, and British fashion mags.

i like twitter a lot but my personality does not allow for "addictability" (that's my word) I think thas why i liek my ADD so much...lol! My blog is the longest commitment i have made to anything in my life and even it sometimes gets to me, i still love it.

Hello John: I just came across your site and am very impressed with your accomplishments. I too attended an HBCU and can relate to your experience. Reading your 25 things... very funny, I am going to be reading more about you and follow you on twitter. Anyways, I won't go through of the list of 25 but I was saying to myself but here are a few random thoughts---

1. I wonder if this guy (John Perry) is single ;0)?
2. Wonder why I never heard of him before
3. Wow, he sure is brave... where is the courage coming from to be so open.
